I’m Michael and I’m 5’10 and used to weight about 260 pounds. Ever since the tender age of 10 I was the big guy in class and ever since then my parents and I have tried to work out the issue by either dieting or joining martial arts classes and the simple practice of weightlifting at home daily. None of them stuck however. After awhile it gets a little frustrating and I sort of gave up at some point.
When I was 24, about 2 years ago, I was pretty much at the lowest point I could be as I’d realized I gained nearly 20 pounds in a year as I’d totally ignored anything to do with my diet and exercise. And that’s when I read an article from Tom Venuto at some random fitness site my friend used to frequent. He linked me the site on Facebook and I decided to just scan through it and reply “Yeah but it won’t work for me..” to him but when I started reading it, I actually wanted to read more from the author.
What’s the name of the article? It was called “The Little Thing in Your Head That’s Keeping You Fat” and it really rung through me at the time. Browsing around a little more, I realized that Tom Venuto was the real deal as he was an aspiring writer and was interested in knowing as much as possible about fitness whether it be related to the mind and body. The article I mentioned was all about the psychology behind why an individual had problems losing weight and how to overcome them.
And that’s when I decided to purchase his program named “Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle”. So if you’ve read all this, and think it’s absolute bull, and insist that his program is a scam, feel free to find out for yourself.
